Freelance gets increased base stats for every Ultimate Mastery you get on your job classes.

The Freelancer does not have any natural abilities. Instead, you can pick and chose four abilities, one per slot, from any and all jobs you have mastered.
Ultimate: Stack Momentum[]
Stacks a momentum boost, increasing all damage and healing done by (25% x stacks) for 30 seconds. While the hero is actively battling with enemies, further using this ability will stack higher at the cost of more MP.
When a stack is applied:
Stacks a momentum boost, increasing all damage and healing done by (25% x stacks) for 30 seconds. If the hero does at least 20 normal attacks and then uses the ability again within its duration, an extra stack is added, otherwise duration is simply refreshed without adding a stack.
